Day 01 Cusco / Puno
Arrival in Puno and transfer to the selected hotel.

Day 02 Puno / Taquile
Breakfast at the hotel.
Today we embark for a boat excursion on Lake Titicaca. We visit the Uros Indians, who build their homes on “floating islands” made of totora reeds and are known for their boats made of the same material. You will continue until Taquile Island. Members of this self-supporting Aymara community receive visitors to show them their costumes and show them around the island. Taquile is renown for its fine decorative weavings. Box lunch included. Overnight in Taquile local house, include dinner.

Day 03 Taquile/ Puno
Breakfast at the local house.
Today in the morning we will make another visit around Taquile and then return to Puno where our car will be waiting to transfer to the hotel.

Day 04 Puno / Juliaca / Lima
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport en route we will visit Sillustani, the burial grounds of the Lords of the Colla, one of the great Lake Kingdoms of the Altiplano. The tall chullpa-type funerary towers of Sillustani are set on a promontory, in fact you will overlooking Umayo Lake. Transfer to the airport to continue your trip.

More about Lake Titicaca
Located in the department of Puno, with a surface area of 36,180 hectares, the national reserve in practically its entirety covers the world's highest navigable lake.
The Titicaca Reserve is split into two separate sectors: the first, which lies in the Bay of Puno itself, protects the totora reed clumps which provide sustenance to the Uros-Chulluni communities; the second, which is located in the Huancané area, features less-visited totora marshes, but which are equally rich in species and just as interesting. In the area there are 60 bird species, including the Titicaca grebe, 14 native fish species and 18 types of amphibians, including the giant Titicaca toad.
